Do I need to book?
No. Come during opening hours. For large or unusual loads, call ahead so we can have the right bay ready.
Who can use the site?
Account and card customers. Every customer must hold a valid waste carrier licence and quote the licence number when they tip. If you don’t have one, we can collect with a skip instead.
How do I pay?
By card at the weighbridge, or on account. Regular users can apply for a trade account with agreed rates and monthly invoicing.
Do I get a waste transfer note?
Yes, with every load. It records what you tipped and where it goes, covering your Duty of Care.
Can I bring a mixed load?
Yes. Tell us what’s in it at the weighbridge and we’ll direct you to the right bay.
What happens to the waste?
It is sorted on site for recycling and recovery. Only what can’t be recovered goes on for disposal.
Request gate prices
